The number one issue I have seen across the board in my work is people’s initial inability to believe in themselves. Reinvention sounds sexy because the thought of starting over means they’re wiping the slate clean. And like magic – they’ve erased the parts of themselves they’d rather leave behind.
And here’s the hardest thing of all for them to believe; Everything they’re wishing for, everything they desire, is already living and breathing within, waiting for them to step into the shoes of the promise that is uniquely theirs.
The bottom line – it’s not a reinvention, it’s a remembering. But in the remembering we have to wake up from the coma we’ve been living in that tells us we’re not enough.
“You Can’t Hurt Me” author David Goggins has said that your stronger than your mind will allow you to believe. “This life is all a fucking mind game. Realize that. Own it.”

So, beating yourself up for the past you’re running from serves no one.
But forgiveness - it heals everyone who embraces it.
Forgiveness of self, forgiveness of those who have hurt you…
And the sister of Forgiveness is Hope who is married to Belief.
And when you realize that, embody those qualities with a dash of courage – you will no longer be running from anything, because you will be running toward e v e r y t h i n g.
